The ScoopNourish Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

The combination of Nourish, peanut butter, oats, and honey makes for a tasty high-energy snack, quick breakfast (or even a little treat to knock out your night-time sweet tooth!)

These protein balls have the decadent flavor and texture of peanut butter cookie dough—but with no refined sugar or flour. PLUS, they take fewer than 15 minutes to pull together, only use simple pantry ingredients, and don’t require any special equipment.

Protein Ball ingredient notes:

  • Old fashioned rolled oats — Rolled oats are rich in fiber & protein, plus give your protein balls a perfect cookie-dough texture and flavor. 
  • Peanut butter — Use your favorite peanut butter or try these protein balls with any nut butter. For a peanut-free version, try almond butter or cashew butter, or for a 100% nut-free protein bar, use sun butter.
  • Honey — Honey adds a natural sweetness to your protein balls and helps everything stick together. We love the flavor and health benefits of local honey, but for vegan-friendly protein balls, substitute maple syrup or agave.
  • Nourish French Vanilla — Adding Nourish is the easiest way to create a high-protein snack that’s still low-calorie and delicious!
  • Chocolate Chips — Why settle for plain peanut butter when you can have CHOCOLATE CHIP peanut butter protein balls? Mini chips are easy to mix in, and add just the right amount of chocolatey goodness.

Protein balls are super easy to customize using your favorite ingredients. Mix in flaked coconut, chia or flax seeds, dried fruit, or anything you like.
