SALES COMPENSATION PLAN AND PRICING UPDATES

GENERAL

Why is Tranont making these changes?

These updates allow Tranont to continue offering high-quality products while maintaining a foundation for a strong business.

Global supply-chain shortages, transportation issues, and rising costs of ingredients and packaging materials have caused our manufacturing and shipping costs to increase significantly. The changes we’re making now will put Tranont in a position for long-term, successful growth while facilitating Associate rank advancements and greater compensation for their efforts.

Why are prices, shipping, and the Sales Compensation Plan all changing at the same time?

The whole of Tranont is stronger when pricing and compensation are set appropriately. When one of these factors is out of alignment, the burden hits somewhere else, and that’s not sustainable.

Making the changes together benefits Customers, Associates, and the company as a whole, as we believe we’ve designed ways to solidify our foundations while rewarding those who are actively building their business with increased volume amounts for product purchases.

What’s changing?

There are three enhancements to the Sales Compensation Plan:

10 & 3 Challenge:

Existing Associates (with 200 PV) can qualify for one 10 & 3 Challenge each calendar month, as outlined below:

  • First achievement (after the first 30-day-calendar-day challenge as a new Associate): Must be paid as Jade or higher
  • Next achievement: Must be paid as Jade or higher and have 2,000 GV or more
  • Next achievement: Must be paid as Opal or higher
  • Next achievement: Must be paid as Pearl or higher
  • Ruby and higher ranks may earn the 10 & 3 Challenge up to 5 times at each paid-as rank

Transition period clarifications for current Associates (signups before April 17, 2022):

APRIL 2022:

  • Must be paid as Jade or higher (unless it’s within first 30 days since signup)

MAY 2022:

  • Must be Jade+ (if you haven’t earned 10 & 3 Challenge previously)
  • Must achieve 2,000+ GV (if 10 & 3 Challenge achieved 1+ times previously)

JUNE 2022 AND BEYOND:

  • Must be Jade+ if you haven’t earned the 10 & 3 Challenge before
  • Must achieve 2,000+ GV if achieved the 10 & 3 Challenge 1+ times prior
  • Must be Opal+ if achieved 2+ times prior
  • Must be Pearl+ if achieved 3+ times prior
  • Must be Ruby+ if achieved 4+ times prior
  • Ruby+ may earn up to 5 times at each rank

Customer Sharing Bonus:

The Customer Sharing Bonus will pay now 25% or 50% of the CP value from each Customer order, based on your paid-as rank or status as CP Pro (1,000 CP in a month) in the previous month.

To qualify for the Customer Sharing Bonus, you must have 100 PV that can come from your own purchases plus PV from your personally sponsored Customers, or a combination of both, in time for the weekly bonus cycle.

To qualify for the 25% bonus, your paid-as rank in the previous month was Associate or your account’s CP volume in the previous month was 0-999.

To qualify for the 50% bonus, your paid-as rank in the previous month was Jade or above, or your account’s CP volume in the previous month was 1,000+.

There will be some special considerations during the transition period:

  • Existing Associates (all who have signed up by end of day April 16, 2022) will be paid at 50% for Customer Sharing Bonus in April.
  • New Associates from April 17 will start at 25%.
  • April CP Pros (1,000+ CP) will be paid at 50% in May.
  • Qualified Jade and higher ranks in April will be paid at 50% in May.

Team Bonus

You can now apply the PV from your directly sponsored Customers to your lesser leg, making it easier to rank up and qualify for a higher team bonus.

What is the objective of the changes to the Sales Compensation Plan?

To more effectively reward Associates who are building and growing strong Tranont businesses.

How can I make the most of the changes?

The “sweet spot” is to get to Jade, then continue to share and build. That’s the pivotal rank in the Tranont Sales Compensation Plan.

PRICING UPDATE

What’s changing?

We’re adjusting pricing on all Tranont products, and we’re introducing several new programs:

Free Shipping

All orders over $100 (pre-tax) in net shippable health products will ship for FREE.*

Orders under $100 will ship for a flat rate of $6.99**

*$100 and $6.99 are U.S. thresholds. The CAD conversions will be evaluated quarterly based on exchange rates.

**Excludes liquid products like Glow

Subscription Pricing

Associates and Customers with a qualifying Subscription order will qualify for the reduced price, even if they’re ordering outside of their monthly Subscription order. Buy More/Save More discounts (see below) also apply to Subscriptions!

Associates with existing Subscriptions will be grandfathered (honored as valid even though outside the new parameters) until their renewal date.

Buy More/Save More

All Customers and Associates will qualify for a Buy More/Save More discount when they order at least 3 health products:

  • 3-4 health products in an order = 4% savings*
  • 5+ health products in an order = 8% savings*

*Excludes packs and bundles with built-in price reductions.

Excludes Health and Wellness Program purchases (intended for health professionals)

Premier Shipping

Premier Shipping no longer will be sold, and current subscriptions no longer will be renewable.

Customers and Associates who already have paid for Premier Shipping will receive a discount on their first product order each month until the end of their Premier Shipping subscription period:

  • First monthly product orders over $100 = $8.00 credit
  • First monthly product orders $99.99 and under = $6.99 credit
Why are the prices of some products changing more than others?

Our pricing is based on manufacturing costs. The cost of manufacturing some products has increased more than others due to current economic conditions that impact sourcing, shipping, and packaging.

How are Wealth Services impacted by this update?

The prices for Tranont Wealth Services and packs have been adjusted. Please refer to the Product Portfolio for current prices.

How are PV and CP affected by this update?

In most cases, PV and CP have increased in proportion to new prices.

How should I explain the price changes to my Customers?

Tranont has made a conscious decision to maintain the highest possible quality for our products. Tranont will not compromise when it comes to creating high-impact, effective products, and the pricing reflects the increased costs of raw ingredients, manufacturing, and transportation. However, Tranont has also introduced a Subscription program and Buy More/Save More options to help offset some of the increased prices.
