 WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF TRANONT COLLECTING MY INFORMATION? 


 Through its websites, Tranont collects personal information about you for a variety of reasons and under various lawful bases: 

• To prepare and perform an agreement/contract with you, such as: o to prepare and enter into a customer or Associate Agreement with you; 

o to execute the Associate Agreement, including calculating your earnings and those of other Associate, and maintaining and delivering information on your up- and down-line (network reports); 

o to process product orders; 

o to deliver and process product returns and to manage warranties; 

o to provide information regarding events we host for which you have signed up; and 

o for payment purposes. 


 In certain circumstances, where you choose to not provide your personal data, which is required by us, we may be unable to provide you with the products and/or services under our contract with you. For example, when purchasing a product from Tranont, if you fail to provide your address, we will be unable to provide you with the product purchased. 


• To meet our legal obligations, such as: o for accounting and tax purposes; 

o to conduct product call-back operations; and 

o to respond to requests for information by competent public bodies and judicial authorities. 


• For Tranont’s legitimate business purposes, such as: o to provide our services and to protect the integrity and security of our services; 

o to improve the user experience of our websites by making them more accessible and user friendly and create content more relevant to you; 

o to resolve customer and Associate inquiries; 

o to send you customer satisfaction surveys to improve our products and services; 

o to monitor social media posts for our brand awareness; 

o to enforce our Terms of Use, our member rules and our rights; and to provide you with information and online advertising on our products, services, and special offers. 


You may have a right to oppose certain uses of your personal information under applicable law; but in this case, you may not be able to fully benefit from our products and services. 


• On the basis of your consent: o to receive dedicated services, such as receiving information packs; 

o to get in contact with a Tranont Associate for an introduction into enrollment or to participate in events and challenges; 

o for the use of your e-mail address or telephone number in connection with the marketing of Tranont products and services and related products and services; and

You can withdraw your consent at any time by letting us know at the email address below, by opting out of advertising by e-mail or SMS, or by changing the privacy settings of your browser as set out below. If you withdraw consent, you may not be able to fully enjoy our products and services. 



WHAT INFORMATION MIGHT BE COLLECTED BY THE SITES? 

Tranont collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through your interaction 

with our website to ensure the site operates effectively and to provide you with the best 

experiences with our products and services. 

You provide some of this data directly, such as when you create an online account with us, 

submit online orders for our products, or submit web forms to request information about Tranont products, Tranont business opportunities, to establish contact with an Associate, to 

participate in a challenge or promotion, or to register for one of our events. Personal data 

collected directly from you may include the following: 


  • Name and contact data (e.g., your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data); 
  • Demographic data (e.g., your date of birth); 
  • Payment data (e.g., data to process your payments, such as a credit card number and the security code associated with your payment); 
  • Credentials (e.g., username and password data); 
  • Payment history (e.g., previous products purchased); 
  • Communication preferences (e.g., whether or not you wish to receive commercial emails) 


For registered Associates, Tranont collects information about products you purchase online, and information voluntarily uploaded by Associates on the Sites. 

At Tranont, we intend to give you as much control as possible over your personal information. In general, you can visit the Sites without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. However, we collect technical information indirectly from you in order to make a connection and display our website. This is a common standard procedure for any website on the Internet. The information collected does not directly identify you but may be helpful to us for marketing purposes and improving the services we offer, such as by documenting the options you have chosen to select (e.g., language preference). Personal data collected indirectly from you may include the following:

HOW WILL TRANONT STORE THIS INFORMATION? 

Tranont stores your personal information in a centralized repository together with other information we may have about you, if any. This allows us to avoid duplication, better manage our information resources and provide you with a better service. We use this information for the purposes mentioned above and in accordance with your choices. 


HOW LONG WILL TRANONT STORE THIS INFORMATION? 

We may retain your information for as long as required for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law, whichever is longer. The duration for which Tranont stores your 

personal information depends on the purpose for which the information is being used. Tranont stores your information in a secure environment protected by a combination of physical and technical measures. There is no general public access to this information, except for information you voluntarily provide in public communities and forums on the Sites or third-party platforms. WITH WHOM DOES TRANONT SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION? 

We may share your personal information in limited circumstances, such as to conduct our business or when legally required. We will not share your personal information outside of our corporate family except in the following circumstances: 


  • Service Providers 
  • We share personal information about you with service providers that help with our business activities and functions, such as companies that help us develop our website and keep it secure, help us make advertising more relevant, assist us with shipping your orders, assist us with processing payments, assist us with email communications, and assist us with customer service functions. We do not allow our service providers to use or share your personal information for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf without our prior authorization. 


  • Tranont Subsidiaries and Associates
  • We may transfer your personal information to our affiliated or associated companies, and the dealers, agencies, and licensees of any of these companies. We may also share your personal information with selected Tranont Associates, including Tranont Associates in your upline (for example, Network Reports). 


  • Business Transfers o We may transfer your personal information with third parties in the context of a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy procedure. 


  • Legal Requirements o We may share your personal information with third parties in special circumstances when required by law, or to comply with a subpoena, legal proceedings, or similar legal or judicial process or arbitration, including disclosure to authorized third party auditors or governmental authorities, or to investigate or prevent fraud. 


WHERE WILL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BE STORED? 

Tranont operates in several different countries across. To enable us to offer consistent service to 

you, wherever you may be, we manage certain website functions from one central location. This is currently in the U.S. In addition, members in your up-line may be established in the U.S or other countries. There is not one set of data protection laws that cover Europe, the U.S. and 

other parts of the world. The European laws require that Tranont take steps to protect your information when it is transferred to regions outside of Europe. Those steps include: 

  • for international transfers to other Tranont entities around the world, Tranont relies on its Model Contractual Clauses; 
  • for international transfers to service providers, the protections depend on the service provider concerned and its location, and include agreements containing data protection clauses as required by law; and 
  • for international transfer, if any, to Associate in your up-line, Tranont relies on the execution of the Associate Agreement. 


WHAT IS TRANONT'S COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN'S PRIVACY? 

Protecting the privacy of children is important. In some instances, Tranont may collect Personal Information from minors. Tranont obtains the consent of the minor’s parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law. 


WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO MY PERSONAL INFORMATION? 

Depending on the applicable law, you may have various rights in respect to your personal information, such as a right of access, rectification, restriction of or, objection to processing of your personal data (including processing for direct marketing), and portability to another controller and erasure. Some of our Sites allow you to review and update your personal information or cancel your membership of the service. Please note that these rights are subject to limitations set out in law. We will respond to you requests within one month of receipt of your request. If an extension of an additional two months is required based on the number and complexity of requests, we will notify you of the reasons for such an extension. If we require additional information to verify our identity prior to honoring a request, we will contact you. If you do not want to receive advertising by e-mail or SMS, you will be given an opportunity to opt-out in the communications you receive. WHAT ABOUT INTERNET & SITE SECURITY? 

The Internet is not a secure system, and you should always be cautious about the information you disclose online. Personal Information collected by Tranont websites is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Where necessary, the personal information is encrypted before you conduct your transaction, using appropriate secure technology.
