As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to introduce a theme that reflects both who we are and where we’re going: RISE. 

RISE is more than a word. It’s a journey.  

It’s about recognizing that growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when we choose to Reach beyond what’s comfortable, Inspire others through action, Soar into our potential, and Empower others to do the same.
